Meeting Calender

The Parish Council and its Committees usually meet on certain days of the month. These are:

• Environment & Amenity Committee - First Tuesday of the month;
• Planning & Development Committee - First and third Wednesday of the month;
• Finance & Administration Committee - Second Thursday of the month;
• Full Council - Last Thursday of the month

There are some exceptions to this which is usually during May and August. All meetings are held in the Parish Council's offices in Community Way and start at 8.00pm. Members of the public and press are welcome to attend. It should be noted that no video or audio recording of meetings is allowed.

Agendas for all meetings can be found on our website and a copy is also posted on the Parish Council's Notice Board in the Library, Barton Way, and on the Parish Council's external Notice Board by the office.

In the unusual event a meeting has to be cancelled at short notice due, for example, to the meeting likely not to have sufficient Councillors present to be able to legally hold the meeting (inquorate), a Cancellation Notice is posted on the Notice Board on the Parish Council's office building adjacent to the main entrance.
