Every year the Parish Council is required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM). This meeting is always held in May. One of the main purposes of this meeting is to appoint a Chairman and Vice Chairman for the Council as a whole and to appoint the Chairman and Vice Chairman to the Council's Committees.
The Meeting also considers the Parish Council's representation on outside bodies and organisations. Representatives for the year 2010/2011 are:

Joint Committee of Parish Councils - Chairman (Cllr Marion Birch), Vice Chairman (Cllr Wendy Shafe) and the Clerk (David Allison)
Three Rivers Environmental Forum - Cllr David Wynne-Jones
NHS Local Representation (Community Voice) - Cllr Bennett and Cllr Birch
